Streams of income: There are many ways to get your income, one popular is adsense. Traffic traffic TRAFFIC: This is what will pay you in the end! Feel free to use google or wikipedia if there is something you don´t fully understand but we´re doing our best so you wont have to!   2. Income system The income system is simple. Company pays an advertiser to advertise, then advertiser pays you for advertise on your site. Everybody wins! A blog with hundreds of thousand viewers will most definitely get someone´s attention and so on! Now you need to ask yourself if you want to monetize!? If you think commercializing your blog is wrong and unethical then don’t commercialize it. If you don´t know what your opinions are, stop a moment and think about it. If you think it´s great then fine just make up your mind about it. When you´v made up your mind towards this, don´t put up ads that no one will notice or a donate button no one will pay attention to. There are many systems of how to advertise, there are those ads you wont notice directly but we will get to that later on.   3. Your idea First off you have to know if is it a blog or a website you want to crate? Why narrow it down to just a blog? Build a website around your blog! You should have an idea of what your site/blog will circle around “you, product, service or something,” just don´t go blindness into it and think you will do ok. Content of your site is best when ageless! By ageless it should be of interest by readers in a few years so that it wont lose Traffic.   4. Domain and Host A domain name is an identification label like www.BloggersMoney.com The domain name can also play a role of your traffic but it should´t be that important. There are many ways to search for a domain name suiting you. Web hosts are companies that provide space on a server they own or lease for use by their clients as well as providing Internet connectivity, typically in a data center. We use iPage as our host they have almost all the tools you need to get started, if you cant build your own site they can make one for you. And for you who just want a fast blog can always go to Blogger.com or blog.com But there are those with restrictions and also some who are using you to advertise on your site without you getting a dime, if you don´t want your hands tied you should buy your own domain.   5. Streams of income There are multiple streams of income, why have one when you can have more, some works better than others, depend on what kind of people you attract. Remember to have your site up and running before applying, because most will check your site before giving you the OK to start. We have a more detailed info of how to apply to a few Advertisers and what they offer on the Link page As said there are multiple streams of income here are a few Ads systems. • Contextual advertising: most popular is Adsense with a CPC or ‘cost per click’ sys. • Text Ads: like TLA or Text-Link-Ads the beauty of these is the space they take.. almost none! • Impression Based Ads: Tribal Fusion and ValueClickMedia • Blog ads: Blogads is where you can accept or reject advertisers that apply to you to be seen on your blog. You can also join Affiliate Programs where you get commission for referring a reader who purchases a product or service like. Amazon is one option. Donations! But to make money here you need to have a large number of loyal followers. Subscriptions can be sold but for a blog it´s not worth the try, but i am not saying u cant. Another form of advertising is to find your own advertisers/sponsors. Merchandise is also one way to go but we wont go into that..   6. Traffic, traffic and TRAFFIC Traffic is your main concern and primary objective!!! you can have the perfect designed and relevant ads that would pay big! But still have a low income if no income at all because your blog has no traffic. To make traffic to your blog/website you need interesting input that people will come and read Use a proper domain name Commenting on other blogs. Link to other blogs in your blog posts. Let other people comments on your own blog. Submit your article to a blog carnival. Submit your blog to blogtopsites.com. And submit your articles to EzineArticles.com. Are u blogging for free?
